Haworthia 'mantelii'
Considered to be a hybrid, probably between Haworthia truncata × H. cuspidata (a name - cuspidata - no longer accepted by Bayer but which appears to be intermediate between H. cymbiformis and H. retusa.) Are you confused enough yet?
